On 26 February, the EYOF Tbilisi 2015 Organizing Committee signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Grigol Robakidze University.

The MoU signed by the Chair of EYOF Tbilisi 2015 Aleksi Akhvlediani, the Rector of the Grigol Robakidze University Mamuka Tavkhelidze envisions elaboration of a common strategy that considers implementation of special projects and campaigns to increase volunteers’ motivation and popularize activities. For the purposes of common trainings and informational meetings, the university will allocate auditoriums and other relevant equipment. Within the framework of the MoU, the students of the signatory university have officially become supporters of the EYOF Tbilisi 2015 and will be actively engaged as volunteers in the organizational activities.

„This day carries an important significance for us. This memorandum has shifted the mentality among youngseters. I am happy that this document is not enforced on us. It signifies the goodwill of the students-“ emphisized Mamuka Tavkhelidze.

In the interview with the jounrnalists the head of the „Tbilisi 2015“ OC Aleksi Akhvlediani expressed his gratituted towards the students for their initiative and cooperation and once again emphisized that the volunteeers are an important condition to carry out the festival.

After signing the agreement the Dean of the Grigol Robakhidze University Mamuka Tavkhelidze orginized an auditorium tour for the „Tbilisi 2015“ OC chariman Aleksi Akhvlediani and media representatives.
