EYOF Tbilisi 2015 Organizing Committee’s Accreditation Department provides the following:
- EYOF Tbilisi 2015 participants management, alleviation of flexible and safe movement;
- Identification of Festival participants and their roles;
- Defining a category by function of each participant to determine the access zones;
- Restricting access for unauthorized individuals to safe zones;
- During the festival, to effectively and efficiently resolving any issues related to accreditation;
To gain access to the residential area of the Athletes Village a visitor accompanied by responsible person must complete an application form for guest pass at the Main Accreditation Center. NOC delegation guest who has no access to AVL must be accompanied by (Deputy) CdM or responsible person with proxy card to acquire a Guest Pass. In case of non-accredited persons ID card must be left at the accreditation center in order to obtain Guest pass. ID card will be given back after returning the mentioned pass. Guest Pass is valid only on a current day. Visiting hours to the AVL are 08:00 - 21:00.
The following Accreditation Sub-centers will be at your service during the festival:
- Main Accreditation Center (MAC)
MAC will be located at the hotel next to AVL
MAC operating hours: July 20, 2015-August 2, 2015 07:00-22:00
Address: Vazisubani 3rd m/d 2nd quarter, Tbilisi
- MAC can provide the following services:
Transferring accreditation cards to CdMs;
Re-printing of accreditation cards in case of loss or damage;
Transfer of additional passes in case of necessity;
Dealing with any issue concerning accreditation;
- VIP Accreditation Sub-center
VIP Accreditation sub-center will be located at Radisson Blue Hotel – EOC Family Hotel – VIP Guests;
The VIP accreditation will be distributed at the VIP accreditation Sub-Center at Radisson Blue Hotel;

- Media Accreditation Sub-center
Media Accreditation sub-center will be located at Holliday INN hotel;
Operating hours: July 24, 2015 – August 2, 2015 - 08:00-20:00;
Address: 26 may square #1, Tbilisi
New Tbilisi – Accreditation Sub-center for Judges/referees, Athletes and Technical officials
Technical officials’ accreditation sub-center will be located at New Tbilisi Hotel and operating hours are as follows: July 24, 2015 – August 2, 2015 - 07:00-21:00;
Address: George Balanchine str. surrounding area (Near the embassy of USA)
The use of accreditation card
- Accreditation card is nominative and transferring it to another person is prohibited.
- It is strongly recommended to wear the accreditation card visibly.
- Participants are expected to restrain themselves from actions leading to loss or damage of the accreditation card.
- Accreditation card allows the participants of EYOF Tbilisi 2015 to use Tbilisi public transport for free in the period of festival from July 25, 2015 to August 2, 2015.
