Vere Basketball Palace And Sport Palace

There will be two Venues for Basketball:

The Sport Palace with 2 already existing halls is located in downtown Tbilisi and is currently operational venue with capacity of 9,000 seats satisfying all requirements of FIBA Europe. Venue is ready to host Basketball Boys competitions.

The Vere Basketball Palace with the capacity of 2, 254 seats will be used for Girls competitions.

Basketball Sports School with 3 halls  is designated for Training purposes.

Both Venues will include referees and teams changing rooms with toilets, washbasins and showers. There also will be a volunteer room, a room for officials, the LOC, FIBA Europe offices, a medical room and catering facilities.

The venue has been set up for EYOF 2015 in close collaboration with the Georgian Basketball Federation and a group of very experienced coordinators of this Federation in order to meet all requirements of the FIBA Europe.
